Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer.
The following data is collected:

Information about the browser type and version used
The operating system of the user
The user's internet service provider
The IP address of the user
Date and time of access
Websites from which the user's system accesses our website
Websites that are accessed by the user's system via our website
The data is stored in the log files of our system. This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user.

Purpose
The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer and to ensure the functionality of our website. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. In addition, we use the data for the technical optimisation of the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. An evaluation of the data for marketing purposes does not take place in this context.

Duration of the storage of the data
The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.
In the case of storage of data in log files, this is the case at the latest after seven days. Storage beyond this period is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated so that an assignment of the client is no longer possible. The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. There is no possibility for the user to object to this.

Nature and purpose of the processing
When you register to use our services, we store the personal data you provide, including your name or username and email address. You can revoke your consent at any time and delete the account you have created with us.

Duration of storage
Your data will be deleted by us as soon as it is no longer required for the intended purpose and there are no legal retention obligations. You have the option to withdrawal your consent at any time and delete your account with us. We do not store the date of birth you provide for age verification.

Content purchasing
Nature and purpose of the processing
You can purchase a VIP membership with us. For the purpose of contract processing (incl. enquiries about and processing of any existing warranty and performance fault claims as well as any statutory update obligations), we collect personal data if you voluntarily provide us with this data as part of your order. Mandatory fields are marked as such, as in these cases we need the data to fulfil the contract. To ensure that the licence for the software is not illegally passed on to third parties, access is only possible from the computer from which the VIP "subscription" or "membership" was purchased. For this purpose, we store shielded computer hashes and hardware IDs (such as CPU, GPU, hashed Windows key) as well as the IP address. The software can only be activated and used on one computer and is not available on any other computer or device. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our software from unauthorised use. Your data will be deleted by us as soon as it is no longer required for the intended purpose and there are no legal retention obligations.

Duration of storage
After complete processing of the contract, your data will be restricted for further processing and deleted after expiry of the retention periods under tax and commercial law, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data, or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

Data processing for payment handling
Nature, purpose and legal basis of the processing
We work with partners to process payments: technical service providers, credit institutions, payment service providers.
Depending on the selected payment method, we pass on the data necessary for processing the payment transaction to the commissioned credit institutions or to the selected payment service provider, insofar as this is necessary for processing the payment. This serves the fulfilment of the contract. In some cases, the payment service providers collect the data required for processing the payment themselves, e.g. on their own website or via a technical integration in the ordering process. In this respect, the privacy policy of the respective payment service provider applies. If you have any questions about our payment processing partners and the basis of our cooperation with them, please use the contact option described in this privacy policy.
If necessary, we give our service providers further data, which they use together with the data necessary for the processing of the payment as our order processors for the purpose of fraud prevention and the optimisation of our payment processes (e.g. invoicing, processing of contested payments, accounting support). This serves to protect our legitimate interests in our protection against fraud or in efficient payment management, which outweigh our interests in the context of a balancing of interests.

Contact us
If you send us enquiries by e-mail or by using the contact form on our website, we collect personal data for the processing of your enquiries, which you provide to us voluntarily when contacting us (e.g. by using the contact form or e-mail). Mandatory fields are marked as such, as in these cases we absolutely need the data to process your contact. The legal basis for this is if your enquiry relates to an existing contract with us or with regard to all other enquiries. After your enquiry has been fully processed, your data will be deleted at the latest after a period of three months, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data, or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is permitted by law and about which we inform you in this declaration.

When a user calls up a website, a cookie may be stored on the user's operating system. This cookie contains a characteristic string of characters that enables the browser to be uniquely identified when the website is called up again.
We use various cookies on our website. Some elements of our website require that the calling browser can be identified even after a page change.
When calling up our website, the user is informed about the use of cookies and, if necessary, his or her consent to the processing of personal data used in this context is obtained. In this context, a reference to this data protection notice is also made.

Technically required cookies
Purpose and legal basis of required cookies
We use technically necessary cookies to enable users to use our website. Some functions of our website cannot be offered without the use of cookies. For these, it is necessary that the browser is recognised even after a page change. Subsequent data processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in the functionality of our website. Our interests are not overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject which require protection of personal data.

Duration of storage, possibility to prevent cookies from being stored
Cookies are stored on the user's computer and transmitted from it to our site. Therefore, you as a user also have full control over the use of cookies. By changing the settings in your internet browser, you can deactivate or restrict the storage of cookies. Cookies that have already been stored can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. If cookies are deactivated for our website, it may no longer be possible to use all the functions of the website to their full extent.

Integration of Youtube videos
On the website, video files are occasionally made available in a YouTube frame. The operator of the corresponding plugins is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA (hereinafter "YouTube"). If you play the video, you access the website www.youtube.com of Google Inc. via the frame itself. We have no control on the scope of the data and the handling of your data by Google Inc. that results from accessing the YouTube website. Google Inc. itself is legally responsible for this. Google processes your data in the USA, among other places. You can find more information on how Google handles your data at the following link: https://policies.google.com/privacy
Those who have deactivated the storage of cookies for the Google Ad programme will not have to expect any such cookies when watching YouTube videos. However, YouTube also stores non-personal usage information in other cookies. If you would like to prevent this, you must block the storage of cookies in the browser.

Forum & Comments
Nature and purpose of the processing
When users leave comments or forum posts on our website, in addition to this information, the time of their creation and the username previously selected by the users are stored and published in connection with the post. By providing the comment and forum function, we would like to enable you to interact in an uncomplicated manner. Insofar as personal data and forum posts are processed as part of the paid VIP membership, the processing may also be based on the contract concluded with you.

Duration of storage
The comments and forum posts will be stored, until the posts or comments are deleted.

Recipients
Insofar as you have provided us with personal data, this will not be passed on to third parties. Data will only be passed on in the context of fulfilling legal obligations to bodies entitled to receive information (e.g. authorities), or within the framework of your consent to external service providers within the scope of operating Ninfox services. These have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions and the provisions of the law, and are regularly monitored.

Social Media Plugins
We maintain online presences in social networks and platforms in order to communicate with the users.
We would like to point out that your data is often sent from the respective social media platform to servers in the United States of America (USA) or in the case of TikTok in Singapore or Malaysia and stored there. For these countries, there is no provision certifying an adequate level of data protection.
If you use social media platforms, the respective social media platform processes your personal data as an independent controller. It usually processes user data for market research and advertising purposes. For example, user profiles can be created based on user behaviour and the resulting interests of the users. The user profiles can in turn be used, for example, to place advertising within and outside the platforms that is assumed to correspond to the interests of the users. For this purpose, cookies are usually stored on the user's computer, in which the user's usage behaviour and interests are stored. In addition, data may be stored in the user profiles regardless of the devices used by the users. This applies in particular if the users are members of the respective platforms and are logged in to them. The social media platforms do not transmit any personal data to us and your personal data is also not shared with us or stored by us, unless otherwise stated below.

Aggregated data
When you access our social media presence, the respective social media platform processes some data specifically in the context of our social media presence and makes this data available to us, which is not stored by us outside the respective social media platform. This includes in particular:

Reach and interaction
We can usually retrieve how many people have seen our posts and tagged, shared or commented on them.

Visits
We can access how many people visit our social media presence. In particular, we can access how often our videos, slides and answers are viewed.
We use our social media sites exclusively to communicate with our users and to share posts of interest to users.
The plug-ins integrated on our online offer are identified by small symbols of the corresponding providers. By default, the buttons are deactivated so that no contact is established with the providers' servers. Only when you agree to communicate with the platform providers by clicking on the button for the first time will such a connection be established. In doing so, the information that you have accessed their website via our online offer is transmitted to the provider. In addition, the data shown under "server log files" are transmitted.

By clicking on the button, your personal data is thus transmitted to the respective plug-in provider and processed on its servers. We would like to point out that we have no control on the collected data and processing procedures and also have no knowledge of the specific processing purposes, the scope of the data processing and the storage periods. If you have a user account with the plug-in provider and are logged in to it, the data collected will be assigned to your account. The processing of the users' personal data is carried out by the plug-in provider for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or optimisation of the corresponding online offers.

The use of the plug-ins on our online offer is based on our legitimate interest in providing users with comprehensive information, communicating with users and for marketing purposes.
For a detailed description of the respective processing and the options to object (opt-out), please refer to the information of the providers linked below.

With regard to requests for information and the assertion of rights of use, we point out that these can be asserted most effectively with the providers. Only the providers have access to the users' data and can take appropriate action and provide information directly. If you still need help, please contact us via the contact option provided.
The following plugins from social networks are integrated into our online offer:

If you leave us a comment via our social media platform, write us a private message or otherwise contact us via this, we can view your data stored in the social media profile, i.e. usually name, contact data and information shared by you, via the use of the respective social media platform - like every social media user.

However, this retrieval only takes place insofar as it is necessary to respond to your contact via the social media platform. The purpose of the processing is therefore exclusively our legitimate interest in maintaining our user relationships or initiating new customer relationships. The legal basis for this data processing is therefore insofar as it concerns the initiation of a contractual relationship with you.
