Ideal setup for gaining experience in raids

I need help setting up the raid configuration, for new account...
It would be nice to start filling the forum a bit... I started this adventure with a friend of mine who introduced me to fallout 76, but after the latest bad luck he decided to migrate to another game.

Just team up with your alt, drag him through a few easy raids, Theyll get level 50 in no time, Then start on their loadout.
